It’s all about the wriggly world of worms this month with our popular show The Worm and our brand new production The Worm Inspectors both on tour from Aug-Sept.
Going out to 20 schools across the central belt and working with 3700 pupils (and counting), these two vibrant productions aim to engage pupils with their brand new school wormery and those vital creatures that live inside.
Exploring topics such as food waste, biodiversity and school grounds, the lively Wilma and William will be performing for primaries 1-3 with The Worm, whilst our busy Worm Inspectors will be reaching the upper primaries 4-7 with The Worm Inspectors. A little limelight may be stolen by the fantastic live worms themselves, the true unsung (until now) heroes of the ground under our feet!
There are a few limited slots available in Sept for The Worm Inspectors so please contact Eco Drama if you wish to book.
“I liked how they explained how worms help our earth, how the trees & plants absorb nutrients, and I enjoyed that they got everybody laughing…I personally thought it was very entertaining. I felt like I wanted to watch it again. Drew McCartney, P6, Corpus Christie, Review of The Worm Inspectors
“…manages to keep its audience of tinies enthralled simply through some excellent storytelling…a sweet little piece which will give younger children a gentle introduction to ecology but, more importantly, keep them engaged and amused for the whole 60 minutes.” Edinburgh Guide – Review of The Worm
